About ROB

Dr. Rob Meyer leads the medical center directorship practice.
Dr. Meyer has over 15 years of experience in occupational medicine, and currently serves as the system director of employee health and occupational medicine for one of the most respected health systems in the United States. Dr. Meyer started his career as a flight surgeon for an area support battalion in the Army. He has served as the medical director for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, and public safety. He completed occupational medicine training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, and integrative medicine fellowship at the University of Arizona. He is board certified in occupational and environmental medicine, and board eligible in addiction and integrative medicine. He is a certified MRO (MROCC), certified medical examiner with the FMCSA, CAOHC Professional Supervisor for hearing conservation, and has obtained additional training in dive medicine (UHCS-NOAA), aviation medicine (FAA AME), radiation health (NAOHP, NUMI), spirometry (NIOSH), travel medicine, perineural injection therapy, prolotherapy, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and acupuncture. He has extensive experience with complex fitness-for-duty evaluation, work-site ergonomic assessments, musculoskeletal injury care, and disability management.
