About JeffeRy
Dr. Jeffery Hess is a distinguished physician executive with over four decades of
foundational leadership spanning occupational medicine, environmental health,
aerospace medicine, and family medicine. Board-certified in Occupational and
Environmental Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Occupational and
Environmental Medicine (FACOEM), Dr. Hess brings a deep clinical foundation in
Family Medicine to his work. He specializes in designing and managing complex global
and regional medical operations, blending broad primary care clinical insights with
corporate health strategy to establish world-class occupational health management
systems that actively protect workforce vitality while mitigating enterprise risk.
Throughout his tenure, Dr. Hess has driven clinical and operational strategy for some of
the world’s most recognizable organizations, including General Motors, Procter &
Gamble, Premise Health (Google), the NIOSH/CDC, and the U.S. Air Force. This
unique cross-sector experience allows him to seamlessly step into high-stakes
environments, master complex clinical-corporate challenges, and provide scalable,
